I got a Nutrininja for christmas and have already got a bit addicted
Don't really weigh things just chuck in abit of whatever is on hand.
I like
2 kiwis, big lump of ginger, 2 tbsp of greek yogurt, big fist of spinach, cooled green tea for liquid and ice.
Also left over plain roasted squash from last nights dinner, tsp cinnamon, tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp greek yogurt, little handful of frozen berries, cold chai tea for liquid and ice
Frozen berries, mint, coconut milk and a splash of water if it is too thick + ice
Grated carrots, lump of ginger, cashew nuts, a satsuma squeeze of lemon juice and cold fruit tea + ice
