Bake it in foil with garlic and lemon, serve with green veg (broccoli, etc) & new pots?

grill with a teaspoon of honey and oil
serve with brown rice mixed with low fat cheese (like philadelphia) - it is yummy and creamy but guilt free

oliveoil · 25/04/2007 15:37

spicy with lentils

tiredemma · 25/04/2007 15:38

wrap with parma ham and bake.

Serve drizzled with lemon juice (and a bit of olive oil if you can afford the calories).

Or marinate in teriaki sauce and bake in the oven.

Marinade for 10 minutes in a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce, a teaspoon of ground ginger and a teaspoon of honey. Then grill it. I would serve with loads of vegetables (my preference would be brocolli and cauliflower) and probably a couple of new potatoes.

Just noticed you've already had a jacket potato today. How about serving it with couscous?

The Waitrose website has a recipe called Tea-Marinated Salmon with Pak choi. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds good.

The salmon recipes I use tend to involve a bit of butter (or even cream) so I don't know if they'll be any good tbh.

blend some peri peri chillis, tomato puree, lemon juice and a dash of sugar and marinate it before grilling.
