Anyone had the skate fish from Rome Unpacked tonight?

We watched Rome Unpacked last night and tonight cooked the skate/ pasta soup they made ( with a compromise on the purple cauliflower as we couldn't get any). We were wondering how many other people had that tonight after seeing the programme yesterday. It just happens that I'd bought a skate wing yesterday and of course I realise in many places you wouldn't be able to buy a skate wing anyway.
Just curious as I thought there'd be a run on purple cauliflowers today!

It did look yummy! How was yours?

It was really good. I thought it'd be interesting but nothing special. In fact it had real depth of flavour, I guess because of the stock.

Right, I'm going t have to try it very soon!
