I need to make lasagne for 8 people. 1 is vegetarian and one is gluten free. The gluten free one will be eaten the next day so can be part cooked, fully cooked and re heated or not cooked at all.
Do I make all 8 veggie and make one separate GF,
ORmake 1 for 6 people and two separate - 1 GF and one veggie ie cooking meat for 7
OR make two smaller - one veggie and one meat and GF?
Or any other options?
