I have been eating pure and utter rubbish and it's no longer acceptable to eat a cheeseboard for dinner every night, finally getting back into normal eating!

Tonight-Broccoli pesto with chilli
Thursday-Spicy butternut squash soup
Friday-Cauliflower and butternut squash fritters with feta mint dip
Saturday- Baked sweet potatoes with Spinach, feta, chilli
Sunday- Ramen noodle soup
Monday-Butter bean tomato stew with Turkish rice and yogurt
Tuesday-Roast chickpea tacos with salsa
Wednesday- spicy tomato and olive courgetti

We’re still on post Christmas leftovers here. Might finally relent and do a meal plan on Friday Smile
