I'm a basic cook only and not adventurous because I like to have seen things done before I try them, and buying random ingredients is stressful, and I never have the right tins etc.
But DD2, 13, has been showing an interest. So for Christmas I subscribed to 'Baked-In' for her. They send you measured out dry ingredients and a recipe card. Today we made the first box - a chocolate caramel yule log. And .... it worked!
I'm so pleased.
