Reheating leftovers made with leftovers

I never do and wonder if it’s one of those things I could be doing

Case in point- thinking of making a rissotto for lunch with turkey stock (made from leftovers) and with leftover turkey - would you reheat this rissotto again or would you bin if there are leftovers?

Call it a rice salad and serve it cold.

I made bubble and squeak. The remainder of this the next day went into the pan with a chopped onion and the last of the Christmas ham which I chopped along with two small uneaten baked potatoes.

I poured in beaten egg and milk. Cooked it and called it frittata.

It was served with left over salad from Boxing Day tea.

I would. In the case of risotto, surely it's expected that you make Arancini from the leftovers?

Stored correctly and reheated fully I think it's fine. I'm very lax compared to others though
