Have got my turkey stock started - but noticed now I’m back that we have a lot of leftover gravy (nice, Waitrose, pre made gravy) can I sling that in or will the result be unusable as turkey stock? I don’t currently have a plan for the stock so it will probably be cooled and in the fridge or freezer (if space) to become something later
Unless I get rissotto rice tomorrow (which can be arranged)
