Can I use this turkey?

Cooked Christmas Day- standard supermarket bird.

I stripped off a lot of meat on Boxing Day morning but there was loads left and had to leave for my parents. We’re planning to head back today )28th). Do I need to chuck the carcass or could I use it to whip up some stock today?

So four days from cooking - I think the guidance is three but it seems such a waste...

It's not 4 days though. 25th to 26th = 1 day. 26th to 27th is the 2nd day. 27th to 28th is the 3rd. You're fine, assuming your fridge is the right temperature.

I am really weird about meat, but even I will eat that bloody turkey! Probably for another day or two even
