Make ahead vegetable dishes

I'm charged with providing vegetable dishes for 15 people this weekend. Are there some failsafe cook ahead and reheat dishes. E.g red cabbage....green beans...broccoli.
It doesn't have to be those...just an example.

Will probably cook the night before or in the
Morning. Any that can be done in a slow cooker??
Tia

Red cabbage is great made ahead and reheated.

Mixed veg mash goes down well (swede, parsnip, carrot etc)

Any red cabbage recipes ....could I reheat in a slow cooker or better heated faster? Thanks

Cauliflower cheese?

I do the nigella one from the feast book with about a quarter of the sugar. I reheat it in the microwave.
