Hiya,
I've had a brand new KitchenMaster stand mixer bought for me as an early Christmas present. Started using it (making fairy cakes so nothing too strenuous) and then suddenly it stops turning and it just turns in jolts starting and stopping???
It was a gift so I don't have a receipt! Do you think they will exchange it? What do I do? X
