Solve an argument between DH and I please!

Once a bottle has been opened, but lid back on, how long and where can a bottle of mulled wine be kept for?

Should it be refrigerated?
On the side?
Somewhere else?

How many days for?

It's shop bought, not homemade

I'd treat it like red wine. Ok for a couple of days with the cap screwed on. Not in the fridge. Personally , I can't stand it so it's gone down the sink after one glass!

I’d just put the lid on and keep in the fridge - then warm up when you want it. I’d leave it for a week, but I’m not overly cautious.
