Bag full of chillies!! What can I do with them?

I've been given a carrier bag full of chillies. What the hell am I going to do with them?

Dry them or can them to use later.

Make chilli oil by buying a lovely screwtop jar and adding them to oil.

tie a ribbon and a label and give it as presents.

make a harrissa paste with olive oil and garlic and salt.
store in boiled jar (as for jam)
cover with oil.

dont forget to remove the seeds before you blend!!!!!!!

send them to me

make chutney with them? You can do all sorts, coconut, mint, mango and stick them in the fridge.

or make bhajia with them, jsut parboil them to take out some of the heat first.
