Made nigellas ham in coke but everyone had arrived two hours early for lunch so they ended up eating something else. I’m planning to have it around for people to pick at from the fridge but if there is any left by the end of Christmas Day (the three days I’d allow for cooked meat) can I freeze it then?
When I do this with chicken I generally try and freeze it sooner than that...
Would it still be ok to freeze at that point?
