Cheesecake inspiration please?

Am feeling deflated by the cheesecake options in my recipe book - care to share your favourites?
If it makes any difference its to have after fish and chips from the takeaway and we prefer the no bake ones that sit on a biscuit base?

How about a white chocolate one with rhubarb...

The only one I've got for that is a baked one but you could mix your recipes.

Sounds nice - other half has screwed up his face at rhubarb - but maybe white chocolate with a different sharp fruit might work...

Biscoff cheesecake is heavenly! Will find the recipe.

Biscuit Base
– 300g Lotus/Biscoff Biscuits
– 150g Unsalted Butter/Stork, Melted

Cheesecake Filling
– 500g Full Fat Cream Cheese
– 1 tsp vanilla bean extract
– 100g icing sugar
– 300ml Double Cream
– 250g Biscoff Spread (Smooth or Crunchy!)

Decorations
– 150ml Double Cream
– 2tbsps Icing Sugar
– Biscoff Spread
– Lotus Biscuits

Terry chocolate orange is always a hit!

Many cheesecake recipes are no-bake and all the ones I've tried are delicious.

A further straw poll in the house has resulted in wanting a vanilla cheesecake topped with lots of fruit.
Then we are going to do one of the chocolatey ones after christmas to use up the inevitable mound of chocolates that are left after boxing day!

My favourite no bake cheesecake is the peach melba one on the good food website it’s amazing.
