I’ve already posted this in Living Overseas, but thought there may be more traffic here and I’m running out of time! I can never figure out what ham to get to go with my turkey, always end up with a sickly sweet spiral one no matter how innocuous it looks, they’re gross and no one will eat it and I end up giving it away. Any recommendations or ideas? Could I make one myself? I just want a gammon style salty ham! TIA
