We'd planned to have the traditional turkey on Christmas day, however DH has just come home from work with a fresh duck crown.
(he works for a supermarket chain) the story is that it had been abandoned in a freezer and was going to be binned because they aren't allowed to sell it once it was defrosted again.. So they let him have it for next to nothing. We're now planning to have it on Christmas day.. Any receipe suggestions? It's been years since I've cooked a duck. We don't particularly like spicy but sweet is good :) thanks
