Duck crown for Christmas (thanks DH!)

We'd planned to have the traditional turkey on Christmas day, however DH has just come home from work with a fresh duck crown.Hmm (he works for a supermarket chain) the story is that it had been abandoned in a freezer and was going to be binned because they aren't allowed to sell it once it was defrosted again.. So they let him have it for next to nothing. We're now planning to have it on Christmas day.. Any receipe suggestions? It's been years since I've cooked a duck. We don't particularly like spicy but sweet is good :) thanks

Sumac and pomegranate molasses?
Or classic duck a l'orange?
My secret ingredient is a dash of orange bitters in a gravy made from pan juices, stock and orange juice, with tarragon.

Delia smith duck with orange and port. It’s luscious

plums. Do it with plums lots of different ways. Crisp the skin with salt and Chinese five spice. Roast off to pinkness, eat with potatoes roasted in duck fat and a selection of light veg...and plums.

How many do you need to feed. 1 duck won't go far. If it's just the two of you it'll be fine.

I'd just have simple roast duck tbh.
