Anyone tried making her meringue pistachio cookie thingies from Thursday's episode? I'm gonna give them a go today!

My friend made some and brought one for me to try, I could smell vinegar quite strongly and hers were more mer than ookie. I wasn't keen but that might have been her interpretation.

Ooh...not good... maybe i shouldn't bother?!..

I made some today. I left them in the oven for about 4 hours, didn't have any ground cardamom and only had milk chocolate chips. They certainly didn't smell/taste of vinegar. Declared v good by the 4 20 year old students who demolished them. I'd make them again.
