Hi. I'm incredibly neurotic about food hygiene and safety, my OH is the total opposite! I'm having a party later, and my OH has purchased some frozen mini quiches. The plan is he will hear them up now, following the cooking instructions, then let them cool, pop them in the fridge and serve them cold later, I wasn't convinced this is safe... Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I guess mostly because the heating instructions said serve immediately, but thank you for commenting :)

They would say serve immediately so it was nice and hot to eat! But cold quiche is fine and yummy too :)

Cold quiche is nicer than hot quiche

It’ll be safe. What exactly are you worried about? What do you think will happen?

It'll be fine, but they would be so much nicer hot.
