If you bake a fresh cream chocolate roulade, how long is it ok to keep it refrigerated before then freezing it? I made one yesterday afternoon but won't be able to get it in the freezer until tomorrow late afternoon. Will it still be ok for freezing until Christmas Eve then defrosting in the fridge overnight for Christmas Day? Thanks.
