If I buy a frozen turkey thaw it in fridge and cook it how long can I safely use it for ?
Can I reheated?
Or use it for cold cut sandwich?

you use it in the same way you would a fresh turkey that hadnt been frozen. the general rule is that you can reheat stuff once. we use ours till the day after boxing day by which time we are sick of it anyway. as long as its cooked you can refreeze stuff, though i confess i dont ever really fancy doing this

every year from birth weve cooked from frozen and its been in the fridge then until its gone.sometimes the rest of week.or used for curries and more dishes like turkey and ham in white sauce which obviously all involve some sort of reheating and we have never had any problems.
id say the first few days are sandwhiched for freshest and then turning it into meals when people start becoming over done with turkey and stuffing sandwhcihes!

oh I don't mean cooked from frozen!obviously I meant one that has been frozen and then thawed.sheesh that could have been dangerous advice.
