Are they raw chicken pieces?

Stirfry?

What have you got in?

ViscountessPetitLapin · 21/04/2007 17:20

Cheese and mustard? Bit of chicken stock added?

Nbg · 21/04/2007 17:21

Yes raw pieces.

Have a few herbs, tinned toms, mustard, honey.

Just trying to think what else I have...

collision · 21/04/2007 17:29

make a marinade type thing with orange juice and honey - goes lovely & sticky.

Nbg · 21/04/2007 17:36

never thought of orange juice.

Will it be really strong?

have you got any philly cheese?

joash · 21/04/2007 17:41

No - mix it with the honey until it's still fairly thick rathr than runny. Makes a lovely sticky glaze. If you don't like the idea of the juice & honey - try orange marmalade, that works just as well.

AuntyQuated · 21/04/2007 17:42

OR

fry chciken with onion and garlic til golden
