Looked online for suitable roasting dishes to finish off the gravy on our new induction hobs and found nothing that was not incredibly heavy and expensive but arm yourself with a small magnet (available from haberdashers for picking up pins) and go to IKEA - 3 sizes of roasting tins - work wonderfully on the hob and are very reasonable in price, also have a number of pans/frying pans/griddles/ stock-pots.
Problem solved!
