I've made this recipe 00s of times over the years and it's always easy delicious. My brother loves it so much he's asked me to make it as our dessert on Boxing Day (big family feast day as not spending xmas day with them)
Is it ok to make on Xmas eve do you think? Will it keep ok? I won't have time on xmas day to do it, and if I leave it until Boxing Day the flavours won't have time to gel properly. Or would it freeze ok?
Any advice?
