Frozen venison sausages -quick question

I have a pack of venison sausages defrosting on worktop at present but DH has announced he'd like a Thai takeaway tonight instead (not going to argue that one). If I cook the sausages in a casserole tonight (with lots of red wine!) and keep cool in fridge afterwards, will it be safe to eat tomorrow?

Yep they will be fine for 2-3 days in fridge. Also something I recently discovered-if you defrost stuff in the fridge it’s safe to re-freeze!
