We bout this last week and froze it. Took it out yesterday intending to have it for tea but no one was hungry.
DH isn’t home for tea tonight or Sunday so it won’t get eaten then either.
I was going to cook it anyway but have just realised that the use by date is 5/1/18.
It is vac packed inside.
Will it be ok til then even if it has been frozen and defrosted, or should I cook it and have it cold on Monday?
