So bored with mine, and just had a new oven so want to try out something new!

plain old roast chicken with parsnips in honey yum and all the trimmings.

Spare ribs in BBQ sauce

Chicken and leek pie (chopped chicken bits, make white sauce, add chopped veg, buy the pastry (puff or short), slap it on and cook on high-ish. Ymmmm

With sliced roast potatoes too - clean pots, slice 2mm thick, spread in baking tin brushed with sunflower oil, season and stick at top of oven with pie in middle shelf. Done in same time.
