DD is returning this weekend for a month and has announced she's gone vegetarian. We eat a lot of veggie and fish dishes, but she doesn't like things like baked beans, anything too cheesy, hummus, soups and hates ready meals. I do have a few pasta veggie meals I know she'll eat and a veggie curry with chickpease, but she can't live on those, so looking for inspiration please.
Also, what protein can I give her for lunch or add to things like stir frys? What would be easy to give her xmas day?
