I've just bought the new Ottolenghi book, Sweet and it's prompted me to look at stand mixers as a lot of the recipes I want to make call for one. I've read some other threads on mixers but was hoping to get feedback on this brand. Some reviews say it's quite noisy.
I'm only an occasional baker so don't really want to spend £100s (into Kitchen aid territory) if I can help it but also want something that will last.
Has anyone got an Andrew James mixer? How have you found it?
