I really really want fresh bread but I’m crap at baking and I want the easy way out.

Does anyone have a bread maker and would you recommend it? I want a true French style loaf and I want it now !!

I think I must’ve been dreaming about bread.

Ah no worries! I can back with Prosecco, cheese, more cheese (mont d'or), some cheese and some more wine! So not a wasted journey. My quest for t55 however, continues :)

Ooh I've got a question I've been meaning to ask anyone with a bread maker!

Once you have a beautiful fresh loaf what do u actually do with it, storage wise? Are there proper bread bags you can buy?

we do a medium size loaf about 2/3 times a week . ( Medium , because if you do large, the bread sticks out of the top of the toaster .....) I usually make it so it comes out at bed time, and then leave it to go cold overnight. In the morning, it goes in a plastic bag in my wooden bread bin . It doesn't go mouldy as quick as bought bread I have found .

Blusu- I wrap mine in a cotton tea towel and keep it in a wooden bread bin. Stops it going soggy or drying out.
