Frozen prawns

Silly question, but...If I have some cooked frozen prawns in the freezer, can I defrost them and use them without warming/ cooking? E.g in a prawn cocktail??

It depends...some are frozen raw and others are pre-cooked. If they are pre-cooked then you can.
