sardines are fab. Wrapped in foil with some lemon juice. Take about 5 mins IIRC.

Something meaty like shark, monkfish or tuna would be good. I'd either do a Thai (chilli, line juice, coriander, thai fish sauce, soy sauce, oil) marinade, or something a bit more chinesey with soy, honey, oil, chilli, star anise.

Mackeral are lovely too. We have ours with a home-made tomato and onion salsa. Delish

I also like plain grilled fish with a lime and coriander mayonnaise (as easy as it sounds - garlic, lime juice and zest, coriander, salt, pepper mixed in with mayonnaise). Goes with anything.

Salmon, bit of olive oil (so it doesnt stick) wrapped in foil. Takes about 10 mins - to make sure its done properly! Yum!

we have a fish cage thing

salmon fillets marinaded in oil, lemon or orange juice, herbs etc, also good as kebabs with baby plum tomatoes
tuna marinaded in teriyaki (crushed garlic, grated ginger, dark soy, maple syrup)

they all need much less cooking than you think - neither suffer for being pink in the middle.
