Fish stock

Got some fish stock in the freezer ...any suggestions for using it up?

Use as the base for a noodle soup? Add ginger, garlic, spring onions, bit of soy, bit of sesame oil, then fill a large bowl with this broth. Add cooked noodles (soba would be good) and whatever else you fancy like a soft boiled egg or a fried egg, sliced mushrooms, carrots anything really!
