Same old staples...

Thats exactly it. Spag bol. Chilli. Curry. Sausage casserole. The same old staples on repeat.

There's me (I dont eat fish or eggs), DH (isn't keen on spicy stuff but eats fish and eggs) and DS (doesnt like spicy stuff, eats eggs but not fish and generally a fussy so and so).

Trying to meal plan for over christmas period. I'd like some family friendly, slow cooker/fuss free meals to plan out if you could share some ideas with me?

Will you eat eggs in things or not at all?

Not into slow cookers but favourite, simple meals here
Paprika chicken skewers
Red onion, pepper, bacon, mushroom and tomato pasta bake
Pork tenderloin casserole with shallots and apples cooked in cider
Oven baked mushroom risotto
Stir fry with chicken or cashews
Puff pastry tart with roasted veg and mozzarella
Fajitas
Chicken chasseur
Root veg stew
Gammon with sticky pineapple glaze
All get served with easy sides, jackets, micro rice, wedges, garlic bread etc and either salad, frozen peas or sweet corn or ready chopped veg that can be steamed I; the microwave.
More complicated stuff waits for the weekend

Toad in the hole - making the batter takes no time at all but it's even easier to use packet mix!
Boston baked beans
Chicken or pork stir fry
Pasta bakes and macaroni cheese
