Calling Australians, 'White Christmas' recipe.

Ages ago a friend of mine made something she called 'White Christmas' it was like Rice Krispie cake but with coconut.
I've looked for a recipe but there seem to be so many and some call for ingredients that don't recognise.

So, Australians, do you have a fail safe recipe?

I remember white Christmas! We used to eat it as kids in NZ. My mum might still have the recipe- I do remember it had Kremelta in it!
