Hello 
I love a baked sweet potato, but usually they are longer than they are deep, and cook pretty well. Today, lidl only had huge ball shaped ones, and I'm a little intimidated!

They are just really wide and i think they'll take hours to cook ... does anyone have any experience with these beasts? How long in the oven, foil/no foil, etc etc?
I don't have a microwave so can't blast them in there first unfortunately.
Any support on this challenge would be much appreciated!
With any luck I'll have it sorted by dinner time.
