Hi both my daughter and I suffer from a wheat intolerance and Leaky Gut Syndrome so I have been baking with Spelt flour. However, it turns out that Spelt is not good for a leaky gut 
has anyone got any ideas on which is the best gluten free baking flour I could use? named brand or supermarket own, as long as it tastes nice! Thank you
