Please can you give me your best pulled pork recipes - easier the better .

Pork Pibil if you like Mexican, it’s divine & pretty easy once you’ve made up the sauce/marinade.

Not quite pulled pork but I did some ribs yesterday in the slow cooker and they ended up like pulled pork as the bones came straight out and all the meat fell apart. I got a full rack of ribs and just put a bbg sauce into my slow cooker on low for 7 hours then finished in the oven. Amazing and next time I'll play around with the ingredients to make the sauce a bit different.
