Hi everyone. I baked a very fancy cake on the 11th November with fresh ingredients for someone I know and was expecting the person to come and collect it the following day. The person still hasn't come to collect it and it's now the 20th of November. There's no cream or milk in the cake but I don't know if this would still be safe to eat (maybe in small amounts). It really is a beautiful cake but it's almost ten days old and it's still untouched. Would you say it's gone off by now and needs to be thrown out?
I still don't know if or when said person is going to come to collect this cake and I don't want to give them something which is going to make them ill.
