I'm thinking about easy puddings to do for Christmas day. There are only three of us eating so I don't want to make anything too big.
I was thinking of making a no bake cheesecake mixture but putting it into three ramekins instead of doing one big one.
If I didn't do a crumb base, it would still set wouldn't it? I'm worried that the walls of a ramekin are maybe a bit thicker than a cake tin so would that stop it setting?
