DS doesn't do anything with tomatoes in it , but eats everything else. Especially likes fish.
Any ideas ? Feel like he is carb loading too much !

Just feed him what ever you eat but in a smaller portion. If I’m doing something spicy I just dilute it with extra yoghurt or coconut milk, but apart from that mine eats what we do.

Okay. If he likes fish very much let me suggest you some recipe. Mash the fish in a mixer with little water. Once you do that, just keep it aside by making small balls out of it. Put some oil on pan and fry the ball that you have kept aside.

Serve this with little rice mixed with some sauce if you like.

macroni cheese with salmon layer on the bottom.
tuna pasta bake
smashed potatos with fish and leeks stirred through
fishcakes
veggie fritters
veggies burgers
savoury crumbles
basically everything you guys have just either made to look more fun or smaller if hes is being fussy other than that just has what you have.
