Does anyone have any experience or know which is best to buy for Cake making?
Not for home baking for family, for a business to expand my oven capacity so needs to yield good results!
Some have great reviews but not a lot of info on cakes.
I’ve tried a few cakes in a friends standard convection oven but the results were not good enough so any tips would be appreciated!
