My 17-month-old, having been an amazing eater, is going through a picky phase, and the list of his 'acceptable' foods is rapidly diminishing! He's gone off anything slightly spicy, and he's also dairy free, so I'm struggling for ideas. He currently has:
Fish fingers
Chicken curry
Pasta bolognese
Meatballs
Omelette
Fish fillet

Any ideas I can try?

What about panacilty? Not sure if you'll have heard of it where you're from, as far as I'm concerned it's a northern thing (?)
It's just gravy, corned beef, onions, carrots, potatoes and can have it with crusty bread or so on. Really tasty and will be easy for a 17 month old to try perhaps xx
