I'd get a good probiotic tablet instead.
Or treat yourself for thrush once a month, even if you have none of the usual symptoms.

Whole Foods have them, though I'm not sure they have the water ones.

tastes just like yoghurt but is a bit more liquid. apparently I can let it set as well so can use it like yoghurt, but was too impatient so far.
