I know I could roast it and we could eat it cold, but I was wondering if anyone can think of anything more imaginative?

Or freeze it for another day and have icecream instead.

Steaks and fajitas sounding good.

Unfortunately, the freezer, she dead . It's being fixed on Thursday but we have to defrost the dratted thing beforehand, so we are eating as much as poss first (and have commandeered my lovely MIL's chest freezer!)

It's such a massive joint I can probably do all these things...

We often have leftover roast meat sliced and quickly fried up for fajitas the next day.
