Cucumber is great in green juice. I then add whatever I have. Apple, spinach, coconut milk, kale. Even leek I added!

Gives you a spring to your step.

I also freeze and take one out for day for smoothie purposes

Make sure they are dry, and cover in foil to maintain a freshness. I’d be enjoying them with a yoghurt and mint dressing.
