Bread book

I currently have a Paul Hollywood bread book but wondered if anyone can recommend some others which have good reliable recipes. Using a mixer and oven (not a bread maker) .

I absolutely love Dan Lepards book Short and Sweet. I think I’ve made all the breads in there plus loads of the other recipes and it’s amazing.
