Ours run Friday-thursday. We are doing:
Fri: turkey burgers with sweet potato wedges, broccoli and sweetcorn
Sat: homemade pizza with various toppings
Sun: roast chicken, Apple braised red cabbage, carrots, parsnips, roast potatoes, broccoli, peas, cauliflower cheese, gravy.
Mon: chicken fajitas
Tues: something from the freezer
Wed: gnocchi in a tomato and basil sauce
Thurs: Thai prawn curry and rice
