What yummy food can I cook for dinner on the hob??? Fish or veg suggestions please

You could make a veg curry or a fish chowder? 🤔

smoked haddock
mixture of 50% orange juice and 50% boiling water
rice (basmati is my preferred choice)
salt and pepper

Put in a pan and simmer until the rice is absorbed.

If you are cooking a pan of veg or potatoes put a plate on top - put fish on the plate and a lid over the plate to steam fish with the veg.
