How long can I eat my leftovers for?

I made spag Bol on Sunday night and have had leftovers for lunch yesterday and today (Tuesday). Can I push it into a third day and have the last bit tomorrow or not?

Yes of course, it'll be fine.

I'll push chicken cooked on a Sunday to Wednesday so would probably do Thursday for beef. As long as it has been correctly chilled and it's the only time you are reheating.

But then I'm not an expert!

When I worked in a pub kitchen food could be kept for three days so I tend to stick to that at home although I’m perfectly sure a few more days would be fine with most things.
